All Helix products are shipped via FedEx Ground from our facilities across the US. Each item in your order will ship separately and you will receive separate tracking for each item once they are completed in production.

Helix mattresses are also eligible for White Glove Delivery within the Contiguous United States. Select "White Glove Delivery by Ryder" as your shipping method at checkout for in-home setup, old mattress removal, and removal of all packaging.

Your Helix Mattress will be gently compressed, rolled, and put in a box that’s about the size of a bag of golf clubs for easy shipping! Packaging dimensions are 47” x 16” x 16”, and we ship via FedEx Ground direct from our Phoenix facility to your home.
